Tasnim is a Data Analyst I at To&Through, where she provides analytics support and helps maintain the data tool. She's passionate about improving education outcomes and believes deeply that equity in data can meaningfully shape the policies and decisions that affect children's lives.
Prior to joining To&Through, Tasnim worked as a Data Analyst with the New York City Department of Education, where she built data workflows and analyzed outcomes for adult learners. Earlier, she served as a teaching assistant, mentoring first-year college students. She grew up in central Florida and is a product of its public schools, later lived in northern Virginia, and completed her undergraduate studies in New York City, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from CUNY Baruch College.
Outside of work, Tasnim can be found building elaborate worlds in Minecraft with her husband or combing through thrift stores in search of whimsical finds. As a true introvert and a natural observer, Tasnim pays close attention to others and feels for them just as closely. She leads with kindness, and she's usually laughing along the way. Having recently moved to Hyde Park, she looks forward to making Chicago her new home and community.
